In partnership with the state of South Carolina, SNRY Solar is hosting a 2-day Solar Thermal Immersion Training in Columbia, SC on June 23rd & 24th. The goal of the course is to create a fundamental understanding of the core concepts necessary to work with all solar thermal systems. This training is ideal for plumbing contractors, HVAC contractors and other prospective solar contractors. In addition, you will become eligible to apply for the Renew South Carolina program.

February 10, 2010 the Department of Commerce and Solar Energy Initiatives – SNRY Solar CEO, David Fann, made an announcement about a joint effort to drive economic development through solar energy in the state of South Carolina. In partnership with the state of South Carolina, SNRY Solar is actively seeking the best professional contractors in the state to participate in the "Renew South Carolina" program.
March 31, 2010 South Carolina Governor, Mark Sanford, signed into legislature a weatherization and energy conservation bill. The bill includes $750 million to help improve the energy efficiency of more than 225,000 homes sover the course of the next 10 years. This bill has fueled an already growing demand for solar system providers in the state of South Carolina.
